Our Basic Programs

* Fixed Rate Mortgage - A mortgage where the principal and interest payments
remain the same throughout the life of the loan. Available with a variety of
terms.
* Adjustable Rate Mortgage (ARM) - A mortgage that may adjust up or down
throughout the term depending on market conditions. Available with a variety of
terms and adjustment periods.
* The Balloon Mortgage - A mortgage with principal and interest payments that do
not fully repay the loan. The balance is due at the end of the balloon term.

* First-Time Buyer/Affordable Housing Mortgages - A group of mortgage programs
created to help first-time buyers and/or those with low- to moderate-income.
